Based on the agreed concept, we will make all the engineering communications drawings required for implementation.
Deal with everything

Develop interior design, create mood boards, color schemes, collages and 3D visualizations.
We will take care of all the problems: selection of materials, procurement, logistics, garbage disposal and final cleaning.
Carry out construction and finishing work. We will keep you up to date and send reports every week.
Get acquainted

We will learn everything about you: your habits, tastes, desires and dreams. We need to know, from which foot you get up in the morning and where you hang up your coat.
Why is it so noisy?!
We will even deal with your gloomy neighbors and agree on a schedule for "noisy" work with them.
I need everything to be done fast!
It will take no more than 20 weeks from our acquaintance to your move to a new home. Not so much when it comes to your dream apartment! We will complete the design project in 6 weeks, leave 2 weeks for approval and implement the project in 12 weeks.

What do you need from my side?
We will tackle the most difficult part of the job and leave you the creative one: choosing shades and textures, approving materials and furniture, textiles and decor. Our designers will help you with everything and teach how the distinguish between the snowy and the milky one, and what the height the semi-bar chairs should be.
How much does it cost?
25 euro per sq.m. This is the cost of design project for your apartment.
Design works in the total cost of apartment renovation takes a very small share. But completed design project is our responsibility for the result of investing several thousand dollars to the refurbishment of your apartment.

What does design project include?
After approving on the design project, we will draw up an estimate for the construction works.
